Child Safety Standards

Our zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation, the controls that enforce it, and how to report suspected violations.

Effective: August 25, 2026

Buzzire has a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our published standards, the controls that enforce them, and how anyone can report suspected violations.

1. Zero tolerance

Buzzire prohibits any content, communication, or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children. This includes but is not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, and the sharing of any sexual content involving anyone under 18. Any account that engages in such conduct is permanently removed.

2. Only adults use Buzzire

Buzzire is an 18+ dating platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or use the service.

We enforce this at signup through:

  • A required age declaration during account creation
  • Mandatory face verification of every uploaded profile photo, before the profile is published
  • Automated moderation flags for content that indicates a minor
  • Immediate removal and account termination if we identify or reasonably suspect the user is under 18

3. How to report

If you believe a Buzzire user is a minor, or you encounter any content, message, or conduct that may violate this policy:

  • In-app: open the profile, tap the report icon, and choose the relevant category
  • Email: support@buzzire.com — mark the subject URGENT: Child Safety

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, and where legally required, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to competent Indian authorities under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Cooperation with law enforcement

Buzzire cooperates with law enforcement and child-safety organisations. On receipt of a valid legal request, we preserve and disclose relevant data as required by applicable law.

5. Our controls at a glance

  • Mandatory face verification on every profile photo before publication
  • 18+ signup requirement, declared and enforced
  • Photo moderation on all uploads
  • In-app reporting on every profile and message
  • 24-hour review window for reports
  • Screenshot and screen-recording blocking to protect users’ likenesses inside the app
  • Voice and video calls occur only between verified profiles, inside the app
